Easy Enrollment

Enrollment PhotoA personal visit by parent and child is strongly encouraged. A child may be enrolled (providing space is available) at any time after his/her third birthday by filling out a registration form and paying the required registration fee.

Once registered, an enrollment packet must be submitted back to Happy Valley prior to your child starting school. The medical form (included with the enrollment packet), requiring a physician's signature, must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment.
